- Familiarity or ability to learn organizing tools such as VAN, Hustle, Slack, Impactive, and Control Shift
- Ability to attend some nights and weekend events

Responsibilities
- Host weekly grassroots or advocacy events including virtual phone banks and call-in days
- Participate in voter outreach activities such as phonebanking, canvassing, and postcarding in Virginia
- Assist in organizing rapid response events and advocacy actions
- Prepare training materials to equip volunteers for effective advocacy
- Recruit and engage members and volunteers to ensure strong turnout
- Follow up with volunteers to promote ongoing leadership opportunities
- Attend department meetings and training sessions
- Track organizing and outreach efforts using project management tools including VAN
