As a Senior Product Operations Manager at Harvey, you will be the backbone of our product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment and efficiency across feedback collection, idea generation, alpha testing, launches, and iteration. You will play a pivotal role in establishing company-wide processes and systems that bridge Product, Marketing, and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, driving alignment and maximizing impact.
Operational Frameworks: Develop and maintain scalable processes that enhance cross-functional collaboration and ensure seamless product launches.
Customer Feedback: Build systems to aggregate, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback, driving actionable insights for the product roadmap.
Launch Coordination: Oversee launch calendars to ensure timely and impactful product rollouts, collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams.
Roadmapping: Facilitate roadmap planning by coordinating inputs from key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Alpha Programs: Design and manage alpha testing programs, gathering feedback to inform product refinement and readiness for broader release.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor and optimize operational workflows to ensure agility and scalability as the company grows.
Experience: 4-6+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or a related field, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment.

Proven ability to develop and implement scalable processes.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
