The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in translating strategic initiatives into actionable product solutions that drive business growth and client success. You will oversee the product lifecycle for technology-driven services, ensuring seamless alignment between business objectives and technical execution. This position requires collaboration across engineering, operations, marketing, and customer-facing teams to prioritize backlogs, launch new features, and optimize existing products. You will monitor product KPIs, evaluate market trends, and leverage partner ecosystems to enhance offerings. • Accountabilities
• Own and prioritize the tactical product backlog, translating strategic roadmaps into actionable user stories and requirements.
• Drive sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews to ensure product development aligns with timelines and business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional product releases, ensuring technical readiness, operational documentation, and team training.
• Gather and analyze feedback from sales, support, and customers to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create sales enablement materials, including solution briefs and training resources.
• Monitor product KPIs such as adoption, profitability, and ticket volume to guide backlog prioritization.
• Conduct competitive analysis to ensure product differentiation in the MSP, cybersecurity, cloud, and AI services landscape.
• Support management of technology partnerships to maximize product capabilities.

• Requirements
• 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management or a technical role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Sales Engineer) in B2B technology or IT services.
• Familiarity with Managed Services Provider (MSP) models, recurring revenue structures, and domains such as Cybersecurity, Cloud Infrastructure, or AI/Data is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical capabilities into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with backlog and roadmap management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar agile project management software.
• Proven success working in a fully remote, distributed team environment, demonstrating self-motivation and accountability.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, capable of driving alignment across diverse teams.
