- 4–6 years of product management leading technical products.
- Experience with developer tools, APIs, or infrastructure platforms (networking, observability, security).
- Strong technical background or prior developer experience to work confidently on architectural tradeoffs.
- Experience defining metrics, running experiments, and iterating quickly to improve product outcomes.
- Ability to perform customer research and translate insights into product decisions.
Responsibilities
- Define and evangelize product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI Gateway and related services.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to surface developer needs.
- Convert customer pain points into actionable requirements and work with engineering and design from concept through launch.
- Own product metrics, analyze performance data, and iterate to improve product-market fit and adoption.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and documentation teams to drive go-to-market and feature adoption.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant coursework or certifications in product management, CS, or related fields are a plus.
- Open to candidates with non-traditional educational backgrounds who demonstrate equivalent experience.
