We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of financial management solutions for professional service firms. In this role, you will own the vision and delivery of analytics, accounting, and cross-solution financial intelligence products that streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and empower firms to make data-driven business decisions. You will collaborate closely with engineering, UX, AI, and data science teams to apply automation and AI to critical accounting processes such as bank reconciliation, profitability tracking, and compliance. This is a high-impact role where your work directly influences customer success, operational efficiency, and the evolution of a unified financial ecosystem. • Accountabilities:
• Define and execute the product vision for analytics, reporting, and accounting workflows, focusing on automation, AI-driven insights, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct customer research and data analysis to identify pain points and opportunities for financial workflow improvement.
• Partner with UX, engineering, AI, and data science teams to deliver products that simplify reconciliation, enhance compliance, and provide actionable financial insights.
• Drive outcome-based product execution by setting goals, measuring adoption, and ensuring alignment across teams.
• Influence and align stakeholders on product strategy, growth initiatives, and AI-enabled features.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering best practices in product management and AI application.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and go-to-market teams to maximize product adoption and impact.
• Requirements:
• 6–8+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience, preferably in financial software, accounting platforms, or fintech for small businesses.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals: bank reconciliation, chart of accounts, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience delivering products involving complex financial data, analytics, and reconciliation workflows.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong customer discovery and analytical skills, able to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable product strategies.
• Experience leveraging AI, machine learning, or predictive analytics to drive workflow automation and business impact.
• Strategic mindset and business acumen to prioritize features for measurable adoption and value.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern product tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, analytics platforms).
• Bonus: experience with legal billing, trust accounting, IOLTA compliance, or ML applications in financial workflows.
