This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape multi-channel Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives in a dynamic, client-facing environment. The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions Architect will design and implement data-driven solutions, ensure seamless integrations, and provide strategic guidance to clients on best practices. You will act as a technical leader across domestic and international teams, translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences. This position requires hands-on experience with SFMC, strong data architecture skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative settings, mentors team members, and helps clients maximize their marketing technology investments. Remote work is supported, offering flexibility while working with diverse teams and clients.

• Accountabilities:
• Lead onboarding of new clients from other ESPs or home-grown systems to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Audit and optimize existing SFMC accounts to ensure clients maximize their platform investment.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing technical guidance to address evolving SFMC needs.
• Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and integrations.
• Champion reusable architecture assets and best practices to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Guide US-based and international project teams, providing mentorship and technical direction.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Produce documentation and architectural blueprints to support understanding of solutions.
• Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of client-facing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) experience.
• Deep understanding of SFMC studios, features, and Enterprise 2.0 account structures.
• Strong data architecture knowledge, including normalizing disparate data sources and integrating with SFMC.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing Automations, Triggers, and Lifecycle Journeys.
• Proficiency in AMPscript and SQL.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification is a plus.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Connector and other Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) preferred.
• Excellent consulting, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize effectively, multi-task, and work independently.
