Compensation: $166000 - $230000 / Annually
As a Coda Solutions Architect, you will combine elements of product management, process optimization, solution design, and technical implementation and troubleshooting skills. In this role, you will partner with our largest enterprise customers to design, build, and implement high-impact solutions that drive business outcomes. Coda Solutions Architects help organizations unlock the full potential of Coda through expert consulting, hands-on solution development, and process alignment.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within the customer’s organization to understand their workflows, identify opportunities for transformation, and deliver scalable Coda Docs and systems tailored to their needs. From architecting custom solutions to guiding implementation efforts, you’ll be a trusted advisor focused on delivering business value through Coda’s flexible platform.
You’ll play a critical role in enabling customer success by delivering strategic, project-based services that drive adoption and long-term impact. This includes working alongside our Customer Success team to support significant initiatives, act as a technical advisor, and deliver best practices that ensure the successful deployment of Coda within complex environments.

Superhuman takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations.
Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future. The expected “On Target Earnings” (OTE) for this role are outlined below and may be modified in the future.
United States:
Zone 1: $184,000 – $230,000 OTE/year (USD)
Zone 2: $166,000 – $205,000 OTE/year (USD)
Canada:
Zone 1: $176,000 – $240,000 OTE/year (CAD)
The commission portion for this role will be 20% of the On-Target Earning (OTE).
