Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy and roadmap for Consumer Growth data systems, internal tooling, and platform capabilities.
- Define and deliver attribution, incrementality, and trust frameworks that prove ROI and improve consumer experience.
- Partner with engineering, analytics, and data science to improve data quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Design and implement segmentation and consumer data tooling enabling personalized engagement and better outcomes.
- Set clear OKRs and metrics tying platform investments to user engagement, retention, and incremental GMV.
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives from discovery through measurement and iteration.
- Drive governance, tracking reliability, and compliant data usage across consumer-facing teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred but not required
