Technical Product Analyst

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Technical Product Analyst in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, security, and business process optimization. As a Technical Product Analyst, you will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions, focusing on identity and access management (IAM) and privileged access management (PAM) systems. You will collaborate with multiple teams, stakeholders, and vendors to implement secure, compliant, and efficient solutions. The role combines hands-on analysis, risk management, and reporting, with a chance to influence strategic product development. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.


  • Accountabilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, non-functional, and data requirements using stakeholder interviews, workshops, business process modeling, journey mapping, and prototyping.
  • Support risk reduction by capturing requirements to ensure appropriate PAM/JIT controls across privileged users, maintaining exceptions, submitting risk assessments, and coordinating with engineers to implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams to onboard applications into IAM/PAM systems, streamlining access management processes and reducing administrative overhead.
  • Assist with compliance by preparing audit evidence packages and responding to regulatory requests.
  • Participate in risk mitigation by reviewing and assigning vulnerability tickets to minimize security risks.
  • Support Agile/SAFe planning, reporting, and metrics generation, ensuring quarterly objectives are achieved.
  • Work with vendors on the design, development, and delivery of new products and platforms.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, managing multiple priorities independently or within a team environment.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience as an IAM Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Product Development Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/SAFe delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and software/system engineering best practices.
  • Familiarity with IAM and PAM tools such as CyberArk and Saviynt.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
  • Effective analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Relevant certifications preferred: SAFe Agilist, Product Owner / Product Manager, Scrum Master, Lean Portfolio Management, CSM, DevOps, Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience in Financial Services industry applications, systems, standards, and best practices.
  • Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $95,000 – $115,000.
