Harlem Children’s Zone (HCZ) — a world-renowned education and poverty-fighting organization based in New York — seeks an enthusiastic, dedicated, and mission-aligned Program Aide to support our After-School program.
The Program Aide will bring a passion for the mission of Harlem Children’s Zone: break the cycle of intergenerational poverty with comprehensive, on-the-ground programming that builds up opportunities for children and families to thrive in school, work, and life.
The Program Aide will join one of our Harlem Children's Zone/Promise Academy after-school programs that ensures thousands of kids in Central Harlem have an after-school program that is fun, safe, and a great learning experience. The individual will be an enthusiastic, reliable team player to contribute every ounce of their energy, creativity, and love so that our kids have an incredible after-school program this year. Previous experience working with children or youth in an educational, extracurricular, or after-school program is preferred but not required.
