Regional Sales Manager - US Federal Civilian

GreyNoise Intelligence is a mission-driven cybersecurity startup providing real-time, verifiable internet-scanning and threat intelligence from a global sensor network. We're hiring a Federal Civilian Account Executive to own and grow business across U.S. Federal Civilian agencies, combining technical acumen, federal procurement knowledge, and proven cybersecurity sales execution to expand adoption of GreyNoise’s platform.

Skills

  • 5+ years of cybersecurity sales experience in the Federal Civilian market
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in complex federal environments
  • Strong understanding of federal procurement lifecycle and key contract vehicles (e.g., GSA, IDIQ)
  • Familiarity with security tools and platforms: Threat Intelligence, SIEM, SOAR, TIP
  • Experience conducting PoVs and technical demonstrations with engineering partners
  • Proficient in CRM usage and sales forecasting (HubSpot preferred)
  • Ability to influence technical and executive audiences and navigate multi-stakeholder deals
  • US work authorization

Responsibilities

  • Own the Federal Civilian territory and consistently exceed individual revenue targets
  • Identify, develop, and close new business and expansion opportunities within federal civilian agencies
  • Lead Proofs of Value (PoVs) in partnership with Sales Engineering to demonstrate product value
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene using HubSpot
  • Represent GreyNoise at federal security and technology events to build relationships and generate pipeline
  • Navigate federal procurement lifecycle and leverage contract vehicles to accelerate deals
  • Influence both technical and executive stakeholders and manage multi-stakeholder procurement processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product) to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus but not required
