Grammarly is seeking a Community Manager, Forum to lead the design and management of their online forum, fostering an inclusive community and engaging users effectively.
Responsibilities: Lead the strategy and day-to-day management of the Discourse forum, curate and create content, moderate discussions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to extract community insights.
Skills: 4–5 years of experience in community management, strong understanding of online dynamics, exceptional written communication skills, and familiarity with community platforms like Discourse.
Qualifications: Hands-on experience with forums or digital communities, preferably in SaaS or productivity contexts, and a strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $137000 - $160000 / Annually

To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Community Manager, Forum to join our Product and Corporate Marketing team. In this role, you will lead the design, content, and programming of our Discourse forum. Your customer obsession and strategic thinking will be crucial in building an inclusive, engaging online community space that connects our users. You’ll be responsible for revamping the look of our current forum, curating and developing content, moderating conversations, and identifying opportunities for engagement and improvement. By leveraging insights from the community, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, marketing, and growth efforts. Your work will help turn Grammarly’s forum into a hub for conversation, problem-solving, and brand advocacy.

Grammarly takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations.
Zone 1: $137,000 - $160,000/year (USD)
