AI Revenue Operations Analyst

GitLab is an open-core software company delivering an AI-powered DevSecOps platform used by more than 100,000 organizations. We are hiring an AI Revenue Operations Analyst to lead the design and implementation of AI-driven automation and workflow solutions across the revenue stack, partnering with IT and revenue teams to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention at scale.

Skills

  • Deep experience with workflow automation platforms (Workato preferred) including API orchestration and error handling.
  • Proven integration of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) into business workflows and practical prompt engineering experience.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS revenue models, sales processes, and customer lifecycle optimization.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical workflow solutions and measure outcomes.
  • Experience with low-code automation tools (Workato, Zapier, etc.) and connecting multiple data sources.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute AI tooling strategy for revenue operations, including vendor evaluation and governance.
  • Architect and implement AI-powered automation workflows using Workato and other low-code platforms, integrating LLM APIs and core revenue systems.
  • Configure predictive analytics solutions (churn risk, opportunity scoring, deal velocity) and measure business impact.
  • Design AI-enhanced research and qualification automation to reduce manual prospecting work.
  • Build experimentation frameworks and automate test execution for go-to-market optimization.
  • Partner with IT and Data teams on complex integrations, API orchestration, and technical architecture decisions.
  • Establish monitoring, alerting, and documentation for automated revenue workflows and knowledge repositories.
  • Manage vendor relationships, RFPs, implementation, enablement, and adoption for revenue tools.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, engineering, analytics) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Openness to candidates with diverse educational backgrounds if they demonstrate relevant hands-on experience.
