Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include experience in training facilitation, familiarity with Salesforce, Agile methodologies, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PMP certification is a plus.
Location: This position is based in New York City with no additional travel requirements specified.
Compensation: $70000 - $87000 / Annually
We’re seeking a collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented Manager, Program Planning & Delivery (Education) to ensure successful planning, coordination, and execution across our flagship Pathways program and other evolving program initiatives. The Manager will act as a cross-functional connector, partnering with Curriculum & Instruction (C&I), Operations, People & Culture, Research, Marketing, and Program Delivery teams to align timelines, anticipate risks, and maintain strong communication. This role combines project management discipline with proactive problem-solving and a commitment to improving the experience of all program stakeholders. This role will report to the Vice President of Education or the Director of Instruction.
