Skills
- Proven end-to-end product delivery in engineering and research-heavy contexts
- Strong project and program management: scoping, scheduling, milestone tracking, and risk mitigation
- Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with infrastructure, ML platforms, distributed systems, and/or crypto protocols
- Data-driven decision making and experience using analytics to guide prioritization
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Translate user feedback and research into detailed product requirements, narratives, and technical specifications
- Use data to inform user needs, optimize product experience, and prioritize roadmap decisions
- Drive sprint and milestone planning with Engineering and Product to keep teams aligned and unblocked
- Own day-to-day program delivery: build schedules, run planning cycles, manage timelines, track progress, and escalate risks
- Provide clear, accurate delivery updates and tradeoff analyses to leadership
- Facilitate retrospectives and program reviews to continuously improve execution
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in relevant field preferred but not required
