Skills
- Deep expertise with US healthcare data types (claims, clinical, member, provider, CMS files)
- Experience with interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, EDI, CDA)
- Hands-on experience designing AI/GenAI use cases and working with LLMs
- Strong SQL proficiency and experience with data analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms and data stacks (Databricks, AWS, Azure)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira, Confluence, ProductBoard
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI/GenAI solutions within payer domains.
- Own product backlog and ensure features are prioritized with clear problem statements and definitions of done.
- Translate business and clinical requirements into detailed technical requirements for engineering and implementation teams.
- Ensure smooth integration of external payer and third-party systems and data sources.
- Act as voice of the customer through regular client engagement and feedback loops.
- Collaborate with Product Engineering, Delivery, Sales, Marketing and Client Enablement for successful launches and adoption.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and identify emerging technologies to maintain competitive edge.
- Communicate product priorities and strategy to executive leadership and solicit input.
- Create and support product documentation and go-to-market collateral with marketing and enablement teams.
- Mentor junior product team members and drive continuous improvement in product practices.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field (required)
- Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
