We're seeking a seasoned product leader to drive the strategy and go-to-market execution for our Edge AI platforms, which comprise the NVIDIA Jetson, IGX, and Holoscan sensor platforms. In this role, you will own a powerful suite of solutions for enterprise edge AI across diverse industries like robotics, healthcare, and industrial applications. This is an opportunity to lead the development of ground breaking technology that solves complex, real-world problems.
What You'll Be Doing:
Product Leadership: Lead the development and go-to-market strategy for our edge AI platforms
Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will lead a high-performing team by setting clear expectations, defining roles and responsibilities, and providing regular feedback.
Market & Customer Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer requirements to drive the product roadmap. You'll deeply understand customer use cases and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements. You will also conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to inform our strategy and roadmap.
Customer Engagement: Engage directly with engineering leaders at key customers to understand their technical challenges, gather requirements, and build strong strategic partnerships.
Ecosystem Development: Identify and collaborate with important ecosystem partners to build and implement go-to-market plans. This includes working with system integrators, OEMs, software vendors, and sensor partners to drive platform adoption.
From Chip to System: You'll have experience in the entire product development cycle, from the chip level up to a complete compute system. You will be key in building platforms that serve both developers and enterprises.
Strategic Problem-Solving: Propose innovative solutions to sophisticated technical challenges, balancing customer needs with engineering feasibility.
multi-functional Teamwork: Serve as the central point of contact between our sales and engineering teams. You'll work closely with hardware and software engineering, marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure a seamless product lifecycle.
Build compelling value propositions and educate our sales and marketing teams on product features and benefits. You will also develop demos to highlight the product's unique capabilities at launches and industry events.
Partner with multi-functional teams to own go-to-market activities, from initial planning to launch. You will also define and monitor metrics to track product success.
Executive Communication: Work with the executive team to understand business priorities and present trade-offs to inform critical decisions.
What We Need to See:
BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or Engineering, or an equivalent degree.
15+ years of overall experience, with a strong background in hardware product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. 6+ years of leadership or management experience
Strong understanding of system-level requirements for embedded products that run AI on the edge, considering factors like power, thermal, and mechanical constraints.
Good understanding of sensors and high-speed I/Os relevant for data acquisition in real-time edge AI applications.
Familiarity with System-on-a-Chip (SoC) designs for embedded markets. Strong understanding of computer architecture.
Knowledge of embedded system software and the board design process.
Familiarity with Deep Learning architectures and GPUs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience working effectively across multi-functional teams.
A passion for driving new products to market.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 272,000 USD - 425,500 USD.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
