- 15+ years product management experience in enterprise or industrial technology
- Deep domain expertise in Industrial IoT, OT systems, and AI/ML solutions
- Proven track record of complex platform integrations across OT and IT
- Experience with industrial protocols and data sources (SCADA, PLCs, MES, ERP, EAM)
- Strong background in data platforms, analytics, ML, and data integration
- Partnership management experience with major technology providers
- Ability to engage executive-level customers and quantify business impact
- Track record of aligning cross-functional teams and driving delivery
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor product managers and matrixed teams to deliver integration and customer solution priorities.
- Own strategic partnerships with major technology providers and align partner ecosystems to Armada’s platform strategy.
- Engage Fortune 500 industrial customers and executive stakeholders to define use cases and measure business outcomes.
- Translate customer and market requirements into scalable capabilities bridging OT (SCADA, PLCs, sensors) and IT systems (ERP, supply chain, maintenance).
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and TPM to deliver reliable, scalable, and user-friendly interoperability.
- Guide deployments from cloud to edge ensuring low-latency and resilient execution in connectivity-constrained environments.
- Develop and evangelize reference architectures, integration patterns, and solution blueprints.
- Monitor industry trends in industrial AI, IoT, and edge computing to refine product strategy.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to drive adoption and measurable customer value.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Systems, or related technical field
- Or equivalent technical and industry experience
