Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and prioritized roadmap for data integrations feeding the AI Decisioning Engine
- Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, validate use cases, and inform prioritization
- Coordinate cross-functional execution with UI/UX, frontend and backend engineering, customer success, and implementation teams
- Specify and validate data schemas, integration contracts, and data quality requirements
- Measure product impact, track KPIs, and iterate on features based on usage and outcomes
- Manage stakeholder communication, timelines, and go-to-market readiness for integration features
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or equivalent experience
- Continuous learning mindset; coursework or certifications in product management, data, or analytics a plus
