Skills
- Strong backend and infrastructure experience in production.
- Proficiency in Python and API/service frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, gRPC).
- Hands-on experience deploying and operating GPU-based inference services at scale.
- Concurrency handling, request batching, and latency/throughput optimization.
- Experience with cloud ML stacks (AWS SageMaker/EC2/EKS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and reliability engineering.
- Systems performance profiling, debugging, and optimization skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain production-grade ML infrastructure for image and 3D generative models.
- Develop and own backend services and APIs that support high-concurrency, low-latency model inference.
- Deploy, monitor, and operate ML models on cloud and large-scale platforms (e.g., SageMaker, Kubernetes, Ray Serve).
- Optimize inference pipelines via quantization, pruning, mixed precision, ONNX/TensorRT, and other acceleration techniques.
- Partner with ML researchers to productionize diffusion, transformer, and 3D generation models.
- Implement evaluation, logging, monitoring, and alerting to ensure reliability and performance.
- Improve end-to-end system efficiency across data loading, inference, post-processing, and storage.
- Support rapid experimentation while enforcing production safety, scalability, and observability.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
