- Deep expertise in application and product security and modern platform architectures
- Experience designing secure AI platforms and governance
- Strong technical leadership and hands-on security engineering ability
- Track record working with senior stakeholders to influence decisions through collaboration
- Experience implementing secure SDLC, automated security tooling, and security reviews
Responsibilities
- Define multi-quarter technical and organizational strategy for product and application security aligned with company risk posture
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of security and software engineers, including developing senior ICs and future leaders
- Design and evolve AI platform security, governance frameworks, and security visibility
- Establish and scale product security review practices to shift security left in the development lifecycle
- Partner with engineering, product, and business leaders to influence architecture and make risk-based decisions
- Own high-impact security outcomes end-to-end, including automated tooling and M&A security efforts
- Drive hiring, retention, and performance management to build a high-performing security organization
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a relevant discipline preferred but not required
