Assets & Infrastructure Facility Operations Manager

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: [Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire.] Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Your Role:

As an Assets and Infrastructure Manager, you'll provide crucial departmental guidance, prioritizing initiatives to align with leadership’s strategic vision. You’ll have the responsibility to review and implement department policies, select and develop personnel, and ensure efficient facilities operation. Additionally, you’ll manage department budgets and forecasts, and develop and present risk management analysis. From day one, you will lead a dynamic team that drives General Dynamics Mission Systems to new heights.

In this role, you will be accountable for the performance and outcomes of your team, ensuring that goals are met with precision and excellence. You will be a strong agent of change, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the department. Your leadership will inspire others to embrace new methodologies and technologies, fostering a culture of proactive problem-solving and adaptability.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of Facilities Operations building systems and functions
  • Comprehensive understanding of building systems, equipment functions, and requirements
  • Proven track record of holding teams accountable and driving results

Salary Note

This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.

Combined Salary Range

USD $129,706.00 - USD $140,346.00 /Yr.
