Senior Vice President, Operations

Genea is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company managing multiple product lines (Submeter Billing, On-Demand HVAC, and Security). The Senior Vice President of Operations will be the company’s top operational leader, responsible for shaping and executing the global operations strategy, improving cross-functional alignment, implementing AI-driven operational solutions, and scaling processes and teams to support rapid growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day global Operations including Implementations, 24/7 Technical & Customer Support, Customer Success, Business Operations, Finance, and Administration across all product lines.
  • Ensure alignment, communication, and collaboration among diverse Operations teams and cross-functional partners.
  • Define, implement, and refine data-focused KPIs and reporting to drive accountability and informed decision-making.
  • Lead, coach, and develop six Manager/Director-level direct reports and a global workforce of 50+ employees across the U.S. and India.
  • Develop and document scalable processes, SOPs, playbooks and best practices to support rapid growth and consistent execution.
  • Leverage AI, automation, and tooling to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, change management, and performance optimization.
  • Partner with the Executive Leadership Team on strategic planning, resource allocation, and execution of company objectives.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field or equivalent practical experience
  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred but not required
