Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance as a subject matter expert on Forward Networks technologies
- Own and resolve post-sales technical issues collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Guide customers through various stages of platform adoption
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Travel to customer sites as needed (<10%)
Education
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
