Customer Onboarding Consultant

Evolve is a mission-driven company focused on simplifying vacation rentals by providing exceptional guest experiences. They are seeking a Customer Onboarding Consultant to guide new owner partners, leveraging strong communication and project management skills to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing support.

  • Data analysis and effective communication of insights.
  • Collaborative problem solving and feedback responsiveness.
  • Foundational sales skills including objection handling.
  • Adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Consult homeowners on vacation rental best practices to enhance guest experiences and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with owners and internal teams.
  • Respond promptly to homeowner inquiries across multiple communication channels.
  • Manage pipeline of new owner partners from signup through activation.
  • Analyze market data to set realistic performance expectations and provide insights.
  • Make independent business decisions affecting profitability and partnership readiness.
  • Ensure property details meet brand standards using internal tools and resources.
  • Research and recommend customized solutions to diverse scenarios.
  • Adhere to company SOPs and meet performance and behavior standards.

Education

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education preferred but not mandatory.
