Responsibilities
- Consult homeowners on vacation rental best practices to enhance guest experiences and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with owners and internal teams.
- Respond promptly to homeowner inquiries across multiple communication channels.
- Manage pipeline of new owner partners from signup through activation.
- Analyze market data to set realistic performance expectations and provide insights.
- Make independent business decisions affecting profitability and partnership readiness.
- Ensure property details meet brand standards using internal tools and resources.
- Research and recommend customized solutions to diverse scenarios.
- Adhere to company SOPs and meet performance and behavior standards.
Education
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education preferred but not mandatory.
