Business Development Account Executive

Fora Financial is a technology-enabled provider of flexible financing for small and medium-sized businesses. The company is looking for a results-oriented Business Development Account Executive to manage inbound partner leads, qualify opportunities, onboard and train new partners, and drive revenue by building and maintaining partner relationships.

Skills

  • Proven sales or business development experience, preferably in partner/channel roles.
  • Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Partner-first mentality with strong prioritization and relationship management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM/lead-gen tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and qualify inbound partner leads—conduct due diligence and assess fit (no cold calling).
  • Identify and pursue high-fit clients through research and creative outreach.
  • Onboard and train new partners on systems, workflows, and processes.
  • Review partner applications, follow up to ensure efficient onboarding, and complete screening.
  • Support ongoing deals and assist in closing partner transactions.
  • Manage daily submissions and maintain partner relationships to drive revenue.
  • Continuously improve industry knowledge and understanding of Fora’s funding process.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
