Great Private Equity and Venture Capital firms look for creative ways to help their investments grow and be more successful. The FloQast Private Equity & Venture Capital Alliances Program was created to help those firms drive more value for their investments by improving the accounting and finance department’s workflow to close the books faster & more accurately. The Associate’s role is to help the Alliance Managers source PE/VC partners to build FloQast’s network of preferred partners, bringing added value to their portfolio companies and investments. We drive new sales and also influence current prospects through our partnership efforts.

This role has a requirement of working in office 3 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday). Starting in 2026, we plan to expand to 4 days per week, adding Mondays.

The base pay range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000. This position is eligible for a commission plan in addition to base pay. Compensation is not limited to base salary. FloQast values our Total Rewards, and offers a competitive and elaborate Benefits Package including, but not limited to, Medical, Dental, Vision, Family Forming benefits, Life & Disability Insurance, and Unlimited Vacation. FloQast reserves the right to amend, change, alter, and revise pay ranges and benefits offerings at any time.
