Join Teledyne Imaging Sensors as a Contracts Administrator!

What You’ll Do:

• Manage contracts cradle-to-grave for a variety of pursuits, programs and contract types across a diverse customer community.

• Review request for proposal (RFP) documentation to identify and communicate key proposal parameters/requirements.

• Negotiates terms and conditions in accordance with Teledyne corporate policies and procedures.

• Monitors contract during the execution phase including funding requirements, period performance extension, scope impact, disputes and customer relations.

• Work collaboratively within a program Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment.
   

What You Need:

• Knowledge of commercial and government contracting including FARs, DFARs and ITAR.

• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Office Suite, and Excel.

• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain strong business relationships.

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree.

• A minimum of three (3) years of directly relevant experience in negotiating and drafting complex domestic and international procurement contracts.

• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

• U.S. citizenship due to access restrictions.
