What You’ll Do:
Manage contracts cradle-to-grave for a variety of pursuits, programs and contract types across a diverse customer community.
Review request for proposal (RFP) documentation to identify and communicate key proposal parameters/requirements.
Negotiates terms and conditions in accordance with Teledyne corporate policies and procedures.
Monitors contract during the execution phase including funding requirements, period performance extension, scope impact, disputes and customer relations.
Work collaboratively within a program Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment.
What You Need:
Knowledge of commercial and government contracting including FARs, DFARs and ITAR.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Office Suite, and Excel.
Demonstrated ability to create and maintain strong business relationships.
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree.
A minimum of three (3) years of directly relevant experience in negotiating and drafting complex domestic and international procurement contracts.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
U.S. citizenship due to access restrictions.

Salary Range:
$77,000.00-$102,600.000Pay Transparency
