Senior Compliance Specialist

Spring Health is a leading mental healthcare provider using clinically validated technology to remove barriers to mental health support. They partner with top companies globally to deliver personalized care and are seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist to manage IT security compliance, audits, and vendor risk programs in a fully remote role.

Skills

  • Experience with SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, HITRUST, ISO 27001, SOX frameworks and regulations.
  • Proven skills in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) programs including vendor due diligence and remediation.
  • Knowledge of information security trends and regulatory changes.
  • Strong organization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in managing GRC tools and compliance audit processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and maintain compliance programs including SOC 2, HITRUST, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, ITGC-SOX, and planned FedRAMP.
  • Lead annual assessments and audit activities with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage Supply Chain and Third Party Vendor Management Program.
  • Support Customer Assurance Program including responding to customer questionnaires and calls.
  • Maintain and manage GRC tools for compliance initiatives.
  • Perform internal information security risk assessments and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and maintain compliance-related plans, policies, procedures, and SOPs.
  • Conduct continuous monitoring activities such as artifact documentation, risk management, and access reviews.
  • Support remediation tracking and implementation.
  • Deliver information security and privacy awareness training programs to build a security-conscious culture.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
