Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end onboarding for large fulfillment clients, from kickoff to go-live and early adoption tracking
- Own and execute customized implementation plans, timelines, and deliverables across internal teams and client stakeholders
- Deliver product and portal demos tailored to client workflows and use cases
- Serve as primary client-facing point of contact during implementation, building strong relationships and setting expectations
- Coordinate cross-functional resources (product, engineering, support, ops) and hold teams accountable to timelines
- Identify and design required customizations or process changes to meet client needs
- Monitor onboarding progress, escalate blockers, and ensure successful handoff to account management/support
- Travel to and collaborate with internal teams at fulfillment centers as needed to support implementations
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant certifications or coursework in supply chain, logistics, or project management a plus
