Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a team of Software Engineers through hiring, onboarding, coaching, and career development.
- Define and drive the team roadmap, technical direction, and execution to improve fulfillment metrics.
- Partner with Product and Operations to identify gaps, analyze root causes, and deliver strategic improvements to inventory accuracy and order flow.
- Own planning, delivery, and operational health of projects that impact top-line fulfillment metrics.
- Collaborate with Data Science to integrate forecasting, optimization, and decisioning models into production systems.
- Ensure production readiness: deployments, monitoring, logging, documentation, and incident response.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (required)
