Responsibilities
- Execute movement of ocean containers and air freight through to availability at destination port or warehouse
- Monitor shipment milestones and maintain high data integrity across systems
- Serve as first point of escalation for operational issues and drive timely resolution
- Follow SOPs to meet KPIs and SLAs while maintaining productivity targets
- Coordinate delivery appointments and related reporting for clients
- Analyze metrics and root-cause defects to support continuous improvement
Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree OR
- 1+ year relevant experience (new graduates encouraged)
