Responsibilities
- Execute movement of ocean and air freight from booking at origin to final delivery
- Maintain communications with transportation and warehousing partners to facilitate shipment progress
- Track and validate shipment schedules and client data to ensure data quality
- Escalate and resolve exceptions to minimize delays and meet SLAs/KPIs
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and meet productivity goals
- Use metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive operational performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally across operations, customer support, and product teams
Education
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree OR 1+ year relevant experience (new graduates encouraged)
- Relevant coursework or training in business, logistics, supply chain, or related fields preferred
