Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year operational efficiency strategy aligned to growth and margin goals
- Establish intake, prioritization, and governance for efficiency and automation initiatives
- Build high-level business cases with clear ROI and benefits realization plans
- Identify, pilot, and scale technology solutions (including GenAI and automation) across functions
- Partner with Information Security and Engineering to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable implementations
- Design and run change management programs to drive adoption and measure impact
- Create and lead an Operational Efficiency Community of Practice and maintain a knowledge repository
- Define, track, and report an impact scorecard tied to efficiency gains and financial outcomes
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification preferred
