- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Manage multi-entity consolidations and multi-currency accounting
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and internal controls
- Prepare and review management reports and provide data-driven insights
- Conduct technical accounting research and maintain clear documentation
- Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Operations to improve end-to-end processes
- Identify, analyze, and resolve accounting issues to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Leverage systems and automation to streamline accounting workflows
- Hire, mentor, and develop accounting staff to build a high-performing team
Education
- CPA required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Master's degree or CPA/advanced credential preferred
