Internship Program Overview
Marriott Vacations Worldwide offers a comprehensive internship program at our corporate office location, available in 3, 6, or 12-month durations (based on the needs of the department), and built around the following core pillars:
Gain in-person, on-site work experience within a designated department at our corporate office.
Receive personalized guidance and support from experienced corporate leaders to help shape your career path.
Participate in exclusive sessions with senior company executives to gain strategic insights and leadership perspectives.
Spend a day shadowing a different department to broaden your understanding of the corporate structure.
Conduct two interviews with senior leaders to learn about their career journeys and leadership philosophies.
Collaborate on a meaningful project that encourages creativity and contributes to business innovation.
Join interactive online sessions designed to provide exposure to various areas of the MVW business.
Connect with fellow interns and share your journey through our dedicated internship social media platform.
Internship Program Requirements
Ability to work a full-time schedule.
Internships could be fully on-site or a hybrid between on-site and remote. Work location will be based on the needs of the specific corporate department and is specific to the internship department.
Candidates must be actively pursuing a college degree at any level.
While students majoring in a program that relates to the department in which they are applying is preferred, applicants from other academic disciplines are also encouraged to apply and are considered.

Internship Description
Assist with department specific day-to-day operations.
Support project planning and execution under the guidance of team members.
Attend team meetings and contribute ideas and feedback.
Gather and analyze data to support projects, reports, or presentation.
Work alongside Global Tax departments with daily projects/responsibilities.
Completed Corporate Tax Course PREFERRED
Excel Experience REQUIRED
