Flagger Force, an industry leader in traffic control, is currently hiring a Human Resources Coordinator. This position will work out of our corporate campus located in Hummelstown, PA.
The Human Resources Coordinator provides essential administrative support across multiple HR functions including employee record management, unemployment claim processing, employee discipline documentation, benefits administration support, and the coordination of onboarding and offboarding processes for office employees. This role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant processing of HR transactions and communications while maintaining confidentiality and upholding company values, vision, and mission.
