Finalsite is seeking a Vice President of Professional Services to lead and enhance the implementation experience for clients in the K-12 education sector, focusing on strategic leadership, operational excellence, and team development.
Responsibilities: Develop strategic direction for Professional Services, manage the implementation journey, drive client satisfaction, and oversee financial performance whilst fostering cross-functional collaboration and team leadership.
Skills: 10+ years in professional services management, strong strategic and operational skills, excellent communication abilities, and knowledge of project management and service delivery frameworks.
Qualifications: Preferred MBA or advanced degree; expertise in SaaS environments and a track record of operational success in the technology sector.
Location: This position is fully remote and open to permanent residents of the United States.
Compensation: $180000 - $210000 / Annually

As the VP leading the Professional Services function, you will develop implementation methodologies, repeatable processes, and continuous improvement strategies to ensure that we exceed our clients expectations, and deliver the quickest time to value with the least effort and impact during onboarding to Finalsite. Functional areas of ownership include project management, training, client education (digital), business consulting, technical services, creative services, website design and development, and digital marketing services.
