Job Summary:
The Entry Level Event Coordinator assists with planning, organizing, and executing company events. Ideal for someone who has great people skills, organization, and enjoys hands-on work.
Responsibilities:
Assist with event planning, scheduling, and logistics
Support event setup, registration, and guest coordination
Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal teams
Prepare event materials such as agendas, signage, and promotional items

Help with post-event reporting and follow-ups
