Responsibilities
- Serve as primary client point of contact and manage client expectations throughout engagements
- Lead cross-functional project teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; report milestones and status to stakeholders
- Monitor and manage project risks and issues; escalate and resolve blockers proactively
- Manage scope and change requests in accordance with SOW and change management procedures
- Coordinate project documentation: charters, status reports, meeting notes, and requirement artifacts
- Oversee resource allocation and task assignments; ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards
- Facilitate requirements gathering, workshops, and stakeholder alignment sessions
- Manage billing, invoice review, budget utilization updates, and client questions related to invoicing
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration between business and technical teams
Education
- Four-year degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Project Management certification (PMP) preferred
- Authorization to work in country of residence without sponsorship
