Senior Manager, Revenue Transformation
Skills
- 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Revenue Accounting, Finance Transformation, Q2C, or revenue systems
- Deep understanding of SaaS order-to-cash processes including quoting, contracting, billing, collections, and revenue recognition (ASC 606)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and at least one major billing/ERP platform (e.g., Stripe Billing, Zuora, NetSuite, Workday)
- Comfort working with data and analytics (SQL, Snowflake, HEX or BI tools a plus)
- Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional transformation projects
- Experience designing systems architecture across CRM, CPQ, billing, ERP, and data warehouse
- SOX compliance and controls design experience
Responsibilities
- Define, prioritize, and deliver a multi-quarter Revenue Transformation & Q2C roadmap to streamline and automate the quote-to-cash lifecycle
- Translate revenue operations needs into scalable, systemized Q2C processes and requirements
- Lead systems design, configuration, UAT, rollout, and change management for revenue-impacting changes
- Design and embed controls, approvals, and audit trails to support SOX compliance across revenue systems
- Design and integrate Q2C workflows and billing models to support M&A and new revenue streams
- Partner with data teams to build dashboards, run deep-dive analyses, and continuously optimize the Q2C ecosystem
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CPA or advanced accounting credential is a plus
- Formal training or coursework in revenue recognition/ASC 606 preferred
