Skills

- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Recruiting, L&D, and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics tools supporting employee lifecycle insights.
- Use SQL to extract, clean, and organize people data from multiple HR systems for reporting.
- Design and manage a centralized metrics library to standardize key people metrics.
- Maintain self-service reporting platforms like OneModel and Tableau for stakeholder access.
- Create documentation and training to help non-technical users navigate data tools confidently.
- Establish feedback mechanisms to continuously improve dashboard usability and data products.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is generally expected.
