Business Analyst - Marketing

This role is centered on building and enhancing a business intelligence platform that supports advanced analytics and reporting to drive strategic marketing and operational decisions. You will collaborate closely with business and operations teams throughout project lifecycles, delivering insightful analyses, dashboards, and documentation. The position offers an opportunity to significantly influence data-driven marketing strategies and business growth in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Accountabilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting and analytical solutions to support marketing and business intelligence needs.
• Analyze complex datasets using SQL to provide actionable insights on digital initiatives and marketing campaign performance.
• Monitor industry trends and report on market innovations to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
• Attend relevant meetings and training to stay updated on projects and industry developments.
• Coordinate projects and requirements between internal teams and external vendors as needed.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in data or business analytics focused on strategy, operations, and marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and complex SQL query writing.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Pivot, Power Query, and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and translate them into actionable business insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
• Experience in gaming analysis is a plus but not required.
• Ability to quickly learn and master new data sets and tools.

• Competitive salary range: $84,000 - $156,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
