Responsibilities
- Manage and support multiple engineering managers and their teams focused on FigJam and Figma Slides
- Partner with Product, Design, and Data to define and execute product strategy and roadmap
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and ensure strong technical abstractions and cohesive user experience
- Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing engineers and support hiring for cross-functional roles
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, inclusion, and calculated risk-taking
- Drive operational excellence, delivery predictability, and scalable engineering practices
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Graduate degree is beneficial but not required
