AV Production Specialist
Skills
- 2+ years experience in AV/live event production
- Troubleshooting AV systems under live conditions
- Experience with Zoom Webinar/Meeting, PTZ cameras, video switching, and audio mixing
- Strong customer service and clear communication skills
- Ability to document processes and maintain equipment inventory
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and operate internal events including setup, technical checks, and live support
- Operate PTZ cameras, microphones, video switchers, and audio mixing during live/hybrid events
- Provide immediate technical assistance to presenters and attendees with a customer-service focus
- Coordinate event needs with internal stakeholders and SF Workplace team
- Maintain Event SLOs and contribute to documentation and process improvements
- Troubleshoot All Hands space and conference room AV systems and perform routine sweeps
- Provision, configure, and deploy AV hardware for office builds and upgrades
- Maintain organized inventory of AV equipment and recommend workflow improvements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (no specific degree required)
- Technical training or certifications in AV/IT preferred but not required
- Equivalent professional experience in AV/live events accepted
