Accountabilities

As a Help Desk Support professional, you will:

• Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users remotely, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

• Troubleshoot technical problems and guide users through step-by-step solutions.
• Assist with network administration and configuration tasks.
• Collaborate with IT and other teams to implement security protocols and updates.
• Maintain documentation of technical issues, resolutions, and system procedures.

Candidates should have:

• Proven experience in network administration, troubleshooting, and network security.
• Strong IT expertise and familiarity with common hardware and software systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or equivalent are a plus.
