Senior Systems Analyst (Remote)

This role offers an opportunity to lead and optimize critical business applications in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement solutions, and ensure seamless system performance across platforms such as JIRA, Salesforce, and NetSuite. As a subject matter expert, you will provide training, develop documentation, and guide teams to maximize adoption and efficiency. Accountabilities

As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will:

• Manage and maintain configurations, workflows, permissions, and integrations for JIRA, Salesforce, NetSuite, and related applications.
• Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements to design and implement effective solutions, coordinating with developers for complex needs.
• Lead or support application-related projects, including new implementations, migrations, and integrations.
• Train and provide guidance to end users and internal teams to enhance system adoption and efficiency.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal uptime and user experience.
• Document system configurations, workflows, procedures, and best practices.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for supported platforms, advising on process improvements and operational best practices.

Candidates should bring:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Professional certifications preferred, including Salesforce, NetSuite, or Atlassian administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple complex issues.
• Experience managing full projects or processes independently.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across functional areas and with external parties.
• Proficiency in implementing operational improvements and adhering to best practices.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work under limited supervision while delivering measurable impact.

• Base salary range: $90,700 – $126,000 (depending on experience and location).
