ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

As a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement modules such as ITOM, ITSM, APM, and CMDB, ensuring seamless integration and maximum value for end users. Accountabilities

As a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, you will:

• Implement and configure ServiceNow modules, including ITOM, ITSM, APM, CMDB, HAM, and SAM.
• Design and deploy end-to-end ServiceNow solutions following platform best practices.
• Conduct requirements gathering and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage and maintain CMDB data, ensuring accurate modeling and integrations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Develop documentation such as technical specifications, workflows, and test cases.
• Stay up-to-date on ServiceNow updates, new features, and certifications.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification (required).
• Strong understanding of modules such as ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Cloud Management), ITSM, CMDB, APM, HAM.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Preferred: additional ServiceNow certifications (SAM, APM, HAM, ITOM, CMDB), experience with Agile/Scrum, and familiarity with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Flow Designer).
