- Hands-on experience designing and building SailPoint ISC/IDN solutions
- Experience with connectors: Active Directory, Azure AD, JDBC, Exchange, web service connectors
- Integration experience with authoritative sources such as SAP and Workday
- Proficiency with XML, JSON, REST and SOAP web services
- Configuration of workflows (joiner, leaver, mover) and access certification campaigns
- Experience implementing segregation of duties (SoD) policies
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
- Strong written and verbal communication for documentation and client interaction
- Ability to lead technical conversations with stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Design, architect, implement, and enhance SailPoint ISC/IDN IGA solutions
- Gather and document technical requirements and produce solution designs
- Configure and maintain connectors (AD, Azure AD, JDBC, Exchange, web services) and authoritative integrations (e.g., SAP, Workday)
- Develop and configure joiner/leaver/mover workflows and user lifecycle processes
- Create and manage access certification campaigns and segregation of duties policies
- Participate in full SDLC: development, testing, deployment, and support
- Lead technical discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders and present technical documentation
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing operational support
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related field, or equivalent experience
- Relevant vendor certifications (SailPoint, cloud or IAM certifications) preferred
