Customer Enablement Manager - Figma Weave (New York, United States)

Figma is building the next chapter of AI-native design and collaboration and is hiring a Customer Enablement Manager to help large commercial and enterprise customers get maximum value from the Figma Weave platform. The role will design and deliver tailored enablement strategies, drive product adoption, uncover new use cases, and partner closely with sales, onboarding, and technical teams to ensure long-term customer success.

Skills

  • 4+ years in Customer Success, Enablement, Account Management, or similar SaaS-facing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple personas and levels
  • Strong product knowledge and consultative approach to drive adoption
  • Data-informed mindset to use product metrics for engagement strategies
  • Experience delivering live training and scalable enablement content
  • Ability to manage complex enterprise relationships and align cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Manage the adoption journey for a portfolio of large commercial and enterprise customers
  • Understand customer goals and success metrics and use product data to inform proactive engagement
  • Share best practices, use cases, and product expertise to unlock product value
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across roles and levels
  • Identify and empower internal champions within customer organizations
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on account reviews, expansion opportunities, and renewal risk
  • Design and deliver live and scalable training customized to customer maturity
  • Partner cross-functionally with Onboarding Managers, Technical Account Managers, Solutions Consultants, and Industry Advocates

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Degree or background in design, UX, communications, business, or related fields considered a plus
