- Experience delivering live training and scalable enablement content
- Ability to manage complex enterprise relationships and align cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Manage the adoption journey for a portfolio of large commercial and enterprise customers
- Understand customer goals and success metrics and use product data to inform proactive engagement
- Share best practices, use cases, and product expertise to unlock product value
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across roles and levels
- Identify and empower internal champions within customer organizations
- Collaborate with Account Executives on account reviews, expansion opportunities, and renewal risk
- Design and deliver live and scalable training customized to customer maturity
- Partner cross-functionally with Onboarding Managers, Technical Account Managers, Solutions Consultants, and Industry Advocates
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Degree or background in design, UX, communications, business, or related fields considered a plus
